Well Being & Relaxation Suite

At certain times of life, in order to remain fit and well, we all need access to services that promote wellbeing and fulfilment in our lives. Living in a rural community this can be difficult to readily access.

The Wellbeing suite at the Knightswood Resource Centre provides a therapeutic, educational and informative programme for those over 50.
Currently available is Holistic Therapy, Dolphin Therapy, Chripody and Hairdressing to name but a few.
