Located central to the Dengie Peninsular and on a main line train link from London, Wickford and Burnham the Dengie Project Trust are well placed to offer a range of care and health associated training courses and talks. Costs are kept low and there is no need to travel to the city or further field.

Our wellbeing suite offers a diverse programme throughout the year including talks covering nutrition, diabetes, arthritis, prevention, healthy living and much more.

Classes are kept small and this gives participants the opportunity to be actively involved and for courses to be tailor made and responsive. Rooms and equipment are also available for hire.
