The Knightswood Resource Centre is located in Southminster in a central location to the Dengie Peninsular and the South Maldon areas.

Each day the Centre hosts:

The Day Centre	A range of activities provided to offer physical and mental stimulation
The Orchid Suite	A specialist day service for older people with dementia
The Wellbeing & Relaxation Suite	A range of services to promote wellbeing and fulfillment
The Training Centre	A range of health and care associated courses and talks

The Centre is also home to the Trusts head office and support staff.

Community advice and information includes Tourist information – brochures covering local and national venues .
Located 1 High Street, Burnham Essex.
