Loneliness, isolation or perhaps a major life event can occur at any time and to anyone.
A house move, bereavement, hospital stay, illness, victim of crime or increasing frailty or disability may result in feeling alone with no one to talk to.

‘Circle of Friends’ matches trained volunteers with individuals to provide regular weekly telephone contact.
